1. About the service

InvestorVault provides paid access to curated investor databases ("Databases") through a secure online dashboard at investorvault.online, with optional CSV/Excel downloads where enabled. In these terms, "InvestorVault", "we", "us" and "our" mean Amber Shrivastava; "you" means the person or organisation using InvestorVault.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use InvestorVault.
• You must give accurate information, keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• A InvestorVault account is for one person or organisation and may not be shared outside it.

3. Licence to use the Databases

• When your payment is confirmed, InvestorVault grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Databases you purchased for your own internal business purposes, subject to the InvestorVault Acceptable Use Policy.
• You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the Databases (in whole or in substantial part) with third parties, or use them to build a competing product. All rights not expressly granted remain with InvestorVault.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices on InvestorVault are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the Pricing page and at checkout. Bundle prices depend on how many Databases you select; All Access covers every Database published on InvestorVault at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. InvestorVault does not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Access is granted only after Razorpay confirms your payment to us.
• InvestorVault may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already paid.

5. Upgrades

If you upgrade to a larger bundle or All Access within 7 days of your purchase, the amount you already paid is credited toward the upgrade.

6. Delivery

7. Cancellations and refunds

All InvestorVault sales are final and non-refundable. You may upgrade within 7 days of purchase with full credit for what you paid. See the InvestorVault Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Data accuracy

InvestorVault cleans and organises Databases before publishing them, but investor information changes often. InvestorVault does not guarantee that every record is complete, current or error-free, or that using a Database will lead to any particular result (such as raising funds).

9. Suspension and termination

InvestorVault may suspend or close your account, without refund, if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law. InvestorVault may also withdraw a Database from sale or access where required by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, InvestorVault's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. InvestorVault is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities.

11. Changes to these terms

InvestorVault may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on investorvault.online with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use InvestorVault after an update means you accept it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
