Shipping & Delivery Policy

InvestorVault (investorvault.online) sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically; everything is delivered online to your InvestorVault account.
1. What you receive
Access to the Databases you buy, inside your InvestorVault dashboard at investorvault.online, with CSV/Excel downloads where enabled for that Database.
2. Delivery time
Access is delivered automatically, usually within a few minutes of Razorpay confirming your payment. Some payment methods (such as certain UPI and net-banking payments) can take longer to confirm; access is delivered as soon as confirmation arrives.
3. How delivery works
You'll see your unlocked Databases on the payment confirmation page and under My Databases in your InvestorVault dashboard. We also email a confirmation to your registered email address with a link to your dashboard.
4. Delivery charges
There are no shipping or delivery charges. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay.
5. Delivery area
InvestorVault is available online. Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees through Razorpay.
6. If you don't receive access
If your payment was successful but your Databases are not unlocked within 48 hours, email help@investorvault.online with your order number. If we can't fix it, the amount is returned to you as described in the InvestorVault Cancellation & Refund Policy (section 4, Payment errors).
